SUBIC BAY

The drive from manila to subic wasn't too bad. total was about 3 hours more or less. along the way we stopped at starbucks and got some cornedbeef pandisal (which is really bomb there, btw!) we ended up getting pulled overed by some lto people for some reason, but then let us go.

Subic is a beautiful place. from the moment we approach the main gate it felt like home, the good ol us of a. after ww2 us left this place preserved and continued to maintain it as it was one of theirs for years. hard to believe of its cleanliness and how people from there obeyed traffic laws and stuff. traffic lights were fully functional...wow. =)

visiting the track was pretty cool. seeing all the circuit cars and rhd's was pretty tiiite. fyi- subic is the only place in pinas where rhd's are legal, but once u leave subic with a rhd, then it must be converted to lhd... sucks huh.
